With your purchase of an HP Device (Printer or otherwise) you have an option at the time of purchase or, within the first year of purchase, to add an HP Care Pack option.   Following, are some examples of what might be available for your purchase:

• Next Business Day Onsite – 3 years
• Post Warranty Service, Remote User Assistance Support – 1 year
• Post Warranty Service, Next Business Day Onsite – 1 year
