To most consumers, service typically means “can you fix my printer?” Although BC Laser has been fixing printers for over 25 years, we have been offering a number of other services that might be of benefit to your organization. Some highlights of these services are as follows:

COST per PAGE Program:

• No Capital Cost for equipment
• No Cost for Maintenance & Repairs
• No Cost for Toner and other Consumables
• All programs customized for your specific needs
• ONLY PAY for What You Print!

LEASING Program:

• No Capital Cost for equipment
• Lease Payments fully Tax Deductible
• Purchase Toner and other Consumables at preferred rates
• Maintenance & Repairs at your cost (or not)

PRINTER REPAIRS:

• All printer repair services will be performed on-site so there is no need to hump your printer off to another location.  As our travel charges are usually built into our service rates, this can be both a time and cost saver for you.
• Although we do not diagnose printer problems over the phone, we are happy to receive your calls to 604.912.0123 and we can discuss the symptoms which might lead to a potential diagnosis.  Repairs will be either quoted as an Estimate, Time & Material or a Fixed Price.
• As an HP authorized Warranty Depot and Re-Seller, we have access to all HP Parts so the maintenance of your HP assets are assured.
